The care of your flowers before we receive them helps us preserve the original look of the design. Please ask your florist to wire and spray the flowers as lightly as possible. After the wedding, keep the flowers dry and cool (refrigerate but NEVER freeze flowers). It is important to get the flowers to us within a few days after your special occasion. Remove any beads, ribbon, etc. that you wish to keep. While we can incorporate some ribbon, beads, etc. cannot be.

Place the flowers in a large plastic bag and twist tie the bag closed. Be sure to place tissue among the flowers for moisture absorption. Try to keep tissues around any flowers that may touch the plastic bag, as this can sometimes darken petals. Include any extra flowers from your special occasion if you would like us to use them in your design.

If you prefer, a friend or relative may bring your flowers to us. Please phone in advance. If mailing, check to see if the tissue surrounding the flowers is damp; if so, replace it before putting plastic bag in box to send. Also, if you mail your flowers to us, overnight express is best.

Please allow two to three months for completion. The finished design is carefully packaged and mailed to you. Or if you prefer, you may pick up your design from us by appointment.
